The first step in the SEO process is called Discovery. This is usually conducted as a phone call to acquire background knowledge about the client and their expectations in order to provide the best recommendations possible for a successful SEO campaign.

We have provided two documents which you can share with your customer or use for your own personal reference.

Outline – Used during the initial call process. This documents and outlines the type of questions our SEO campaign manager will go through with you..

Fillable – Used before the call. An agency can acquire the answers prior to submitting the order in order to fast track the SEO onboarding process.

Checklist – Used before and after your Discovery call as an initial process of how things work and how to give accesses.
